Thanks for The Grinch: I hate morning people and mornings and people shirt. I have what I call my Power Hour. 20 minutes of yoga or exercise, 20 minutes of study and 20 minutes of meditation. Perfect way to start the day and I’ve gotten off track recently due to a move and changes. Time to get back to it!

This is oh so true! I use The Grinch: I hate morning people and mornings and people shirt for for ‘good morning pretty world’ and that stands for gratitude, meditation, prayer, + workout!! personal development is key too! makes such a diff in my everyday! I am a structural engineer who works 4 days a week 8:30 to 5pm and I am also a part time PhD student! I am struggling all the time to keep up with my studies. My progress is really slow as I just can’t manage my time well.I think planning a head the night before will help me. I would appreciate it if you could please give me some tips on how to manage my time to be more efficient at work as well as my PhD studies.

Have you tried to put your PhD work in one day? I use this technique and it really works for me. First you will notice that the guilt disappears once you start working on it. Second, that “special day” will create so much variety that you will look forward to it. I used to get up and work on my dissertation from 4-6:30 am every morning. 7 days a week. If you need to talk, inbox me. You can do it! I recently started to regularly plan my day the night before and stick to a structured morning routine. Wow! That was very informative brain… But I’ve got a clarification. I do have goals and action plans. But I end up doing things crucial to sustain today’s life, thus ending up exhausting my time and energy on immediate necessities rather than doing things to take me towards my goal. How do I work on my goals when I have pressing immediate necessities to take care of ?? this can be difficult but it is possible if you are dedicated. Often, it requires you to get up earlier, be creative with how you accomplish things, delegate tasks that you are able to, and work more efficiently on the tasks you absolutely must get done. Have you read any of my time management or goal setting books yet? thanks for your reply Brian. Receiving The Grinch: I hate morning people and mornings and people shirt from you means a lot to me. Yes I have been reading your books, audio books , videos etc. for the past few years and your guidance has really helped me.

thank you for taking your time to answer me. I acctually know a store in my town that sells the best suits to get, and the best to find is The Grinch: I hate morning people and mornings and people shirt. The downside though is whereever you go you only find modern suits which are all in slimfit models which I find to be not so classy. I rather prefere the classical American 80s, early 90s businessman look when it comes to suits, often more losefit trousers and straight, like yours. I guess you bought yours in a better time.  I go to work at 6:30 am so I can’t do most of these but I’ve been thinking of modifying my The Grinch: I hate morning people and mornings and people shirt and going in at 7. I want to start riding the stationary bike I have in the morning since I haven’t been in the afternoons. I think that might give me more energy at work. I hope.
